Mein Auftrag ist es Menschen als Performance-K\u00fcnstlerin und gerne auch in meinen Yogakursen zum Lachen, in Bewegung und zum Staunen zu bringen. Chacka!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Einerseits mache ich professionelle Shows und biete Zirkustrainings f\u00fcr Kinder und Jugendliche an, wo es auch mal chaotisch zugehen darf. Andererseits gebe ich zum Ausgleich meine sch\u00f6nen Yogakurse, um die Welt teilhaben zu lassen an diesen unendlich vielen Methoden, um in der Stille zu lernen den Herausforderungen des Alltags in Gelassenheit zu begegnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gerne stehe ich zur Verf\u00fcgung mit meinen vertrottelten Clownsshows, den einfachen Luftballontierchen, dem Kindermitmachzirkus auf Festen oder als komplette Projektwoche, oder &#8211; als buddhistisch orientierte Yogalehrerin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>Lebe so, wie du es f\u00fcr richtig h\u00e4ltst. Und gehe, wohin dein Herz dich f\u00fchrt. Das Leben ist ein Theaterst\u00fcck ohne vorherige Theaterproben. Darum: Singe, lache, tanze und\u2026 liebe!
